Data Deletion Instructions

DocuGlow respects your right to have your personal data removed from our systems. This page explains how to request deletion of your data, including any data associated with your DocuGlow account or any data collected through our advertising on Facebook or Instagram.

How to Delete Your Data

You may request complete deletion of your DocuGlow account and all associated personal data by either of the following methods:

Option 1 — Email Request

Send an email to letsgo@docuglow.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your DocuGlow account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

Option 2 — Account Settings

If you have an active DocuGlow account, you may sign in at docuglow.ai/login and request account deletion from your account settings page.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account credentials (email address and password hash)
• All documents you have saved to DocuGlow storage
• Your usage history and preferences
• Any branding or company information you have saved
• Your subscription record (note: Stripe may retain billing records as required by law)

Data We Cannot Delete

We may retain certain information where required by law, such as transaction records required for tax or accounting purposes. This information is retained only for as long as legally required and is not used for any other purpose.

Facebook / Meta Data

If you connected with DocuGlow through a Facebook or Instagram advertisement, any data shared with Meta is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy. To request deletion of data Meta holds about you, visit Facebook's data deletion request page.
