By accessing or using DocuGlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DocuGlow is an AI-powered document formatting tool that reformats and enhances documents. We do not alter, add, or remove content — only presentation.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You agree not to use the Service to process illegal, harmful, or infringing content. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
Pro and Team subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law.
Eligible new users may receive a 30-day free trial of the Pro plan. After the trial, your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Your documents remain your property. You grant DocuGlow a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. We claim no ownership over your documents.
Your documents are processed in real time and not stored on our servers unless you explicitly save them using the document storage feature. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific result.
DocuGlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
